The Qualifications

Certificate in Procurement & Supply Operations

Ideal for anyone new to the profession, with little or no business experience and those aspiring to move in to a career in procurement and supply. It is also ideal for managers in other professions and business leaders or entrepreneurs who need to understand how procurement should function and its overall impact on business success. 

Entry requirements

None, certificate level is open access.  So if you do not have the entry requirements to start at the diploma level, you can start your studies here.

The program takes just 6 months to complete, regardless of the course delivery mode chosen.

Course Delivery

Day Classes

Available for full time students, the day classes provide a rigorous learning environment typical of tertiary education, but filled with flare and progressive learning techniques that equip you with the skills that you require to succeed in your exams. The package includes two full months of learning and one week revision for each pair of modules. The course has a total of 5 modules.

 Evening Classes

If you are fully employed or an entrepreneur whose time is limited during the day, then you will like our evening program. This package is as intensive as the day class, but is tailored for professionals and includes one week revision before each exam. Lectures run from 1730hrs to 1945hrs midweek only.

Weekend Classes

The weekend program is designed for those that do not have time during the week and those coming from outside Harare. Lectures run from 0900hrs to 1600hrs on Saturday.

Block Release

The block release program is designed for those who stay out of town and for those that have limited time to come for lectures. We meet the last weekend of every month and cover the whole program over a six month period. We will cover the first 3 modules within the first 3 months and the last two modules over the remaining 3 months. The program covers the whole syllabus comprehensively, and includes 2 mock exams and topical revision. Lectures run from 0900hrs to 1600hrs on Saturday and from 0900 to 1200 on Sunday.

Crush Program

The crush program is a two day program that seeks to cover the whole syllabus and revision within two days. It’s an exam focused program meant for those who would have already covered the content on their own, or the intelligent ones who would want to fancy taking the exam based on content covered within that period. The program covers the whole syllabus comprehensively, and includes 2 mock exams and topical revision. It is open even for those who would have taken the full course and would want to learn more about exam techniques, highly examinable areas, examiners’ approach and salient features. Lectures run from 0900hrs to 1600hrs on Saturday and Sunday just before the exams.
